Long Time, No Update

Update: Mandy is 38 weeks pregnant today. The baby could come anytime but as late as August. We really hope he comes earlier than that so that Derrick, Jen and Felicity can be with him a little bit before they head off to New York forever.
I've been told that I shouldn't call Mandy's mom with my phone or she thinks its me calling to tell her to come up because Mandy is in labor. Just a little funny side note.
Mandy has been doing really well with the boy and he's growing well too. He was posterior (bum to Mandy's back and head down) and needed to be anterior (bum to Mandy's belly). Mandy focused on that for a week or 2 and he flipped just right and has been there since. They say he is right on track for how big he is so no worries there. He's very active and likes to kick Mandy in the ribs sometimes, but most the time he just pokes and prods at her stomach and you can even see it.
I installed a second AC unit downstairs to cool the living room. Its a small one but it does keep it under 80 degrees downstairs. We also bought a foam topper for the futon for visitors to sleep on so feel free to come visit but let us know first.
Our neighbors won free internet for a year and we were going halvesies with them so we lucked out on that.
About a month ago I was told that I was up for a raise at work but I needed to accomplish something before they would give it to me. Part of it was sell $2500 in a month on the internet of anything. I had been putting this off for sometime so this gave me a push to actually commit to it. I was able to build a website for my dad to rent out a house he takes care of by Zion National Park. The website is ZionLuxuryRentalHome.com. I built that and did some pay per click marketing for it and was able to double their rentals for June and July. June payments were over $4000 which was well over my goal. After I was able to take some other test and pass I got my raise! Plus, a side bonus is that I now have 2 monitors at my work computer instead of 1. Not that great but seems pretty cool while I'm working.
Oh, we also were able to sell my Jeep and put it down for a 2010 Mazda3 iTouring. Its pretty nice, and much better than the Jeep on gas mileage. Probably the most expensive thing I've ever owned or bought or leased or whatever. We're excited to take it on a road trip down to St. George as soon as the boy comes. We'll be giving his baby blessing in St. George before Derrick, Jen and Felicity leave, hopefully.
Oh, and we also were in Page for the Solar Eclipse. It was pretty fun!
That's it for now. We'll be back later, hopefully with a baby boy.
